Yoga for Healing: Reconnecting Mind & Body
Trauma is not just a memory—it is stored in the body, shaping the way we move, breathe, and feel. Emotional and physical pain can create a disconnect between mind and body, leaving us feeling fragmented. This class is designed to gently guide you back to a sense of wholeness through mindful movement and breathwork.
Using therapeutic yoga practices—including grounding asanas, soothing breathwork, and meditation—we rewire habitual patterns and create new pathways for healing. Through intentional movement, we signal safety to the nervous system, allowing the body to release stored tension and the mind to reclaim presence.
This class is open to all levels and is guided with compassion, sensitivity, and a deep respect for the healing process. Whether you're beginning or continuing your journey, you’ll cultivate awareness, resilience, and self-empowerment in a space designed for restoration.
Class Details:
When: Mondays 7:00 - 8:00 or 8:15 pm Eastern Time
Where: Weekly Zoom class
What to Bring: Comfortable clothing, a yoga mat, a yoga block, rolled blanket or towel, and water
